Responsibilities

We are looking for an intern to handle HR and related service with passion in social sector with willingness to learn. The candidate will work with the management to help manage the recruiting process. Working with the management to assist in various HR related roles

  1. Identifying the right pool of candidates by working across multiple channels – job platforms, social media, networks etc

  2. Maintaining a structured database of the candidates, their profiles and status of conversations

  3. Making the first level conversation, conducting pre-interview and fixing time for next stage in coordination with the next management

  4. Supporting the communication process, scheduling meetings/calls, managing logistics,and helping with hiring-related documentation in line with AFI expectations.

  5. Handle communication with AFI stake holders and assist in planning and execution ofplanned projects

Required Skills

  1. Strong and self-driven candidate with interest towards social sector l, prior experience of recruiting, handling communication either in an organization or in a search firm will be a plus

  2.  Good communications and detail orientation are a must.


Remuneration:  

Based on Skill and expertise in the range of 7000-12000 per month
