We are looking for a strong HR and recruitment professional to work directly with the India Head to help manage the recruiting process. The role involves.

  1. Working with the India head to refine the JDs for the various roles

  2. Identifying the right pool of candidates by working across multiple channels – job platforms, social media, networks etc

  3. Maintaining a structured database of the candidates, their profiles and status of conversations

  4. Supporting the India head by scheduling meetings/calls, managing logistics, and helping with hiring-related documentation in line with AFI expectations.

Required skills

  1. Strong and self-driven HR professional, with prior experience of recruiting either in an organisation or in a search firm.

  2. Good communications and detail orientation are a must.

Experience required

  1. Experience: 3+ years

  2. Qualification: Post Graduate or Higher.
