Sanjay Kadaveru
Sanjay Kadaveru

Sanjay is Senior Advisor for Strategic Initiatives at Hetero Drugs. Sanjay has over 15 years of international experience in the VC/PE & management consulting domains. Sanjay is also co-founder and Board Member at the Center for Healthcare Innovation, a not-for-profit thought-leadership organization focusing on the life sciences.Sanjay is a Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and served as a Co-Chair for TiECON East, one of the largest innovation focused conferences in the US. Earlier, Sanjay founded the AP Technology Leadership Council, a non-profit networking organization created to provide pro-bono business consulting services to civic and governmental causes in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Sanjay is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology at Madras and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Srikant Sastri
Srikant Sastri

Srikant Sastri provides strategic leadership as India Chairperson for Vivaki, a new entity created by Publicis Groupe, for leadership in the digital era. In this role, Srikant oversees leading media, digital & marketing services firms – Starcom MediaVest, Zenith Optimedia, and Solutions/Digitas.Srikant has been a successful entrepreneur who built and exited two innovative companies; one in the marketing services space, Solutions Integrated, which was acquired by the Publicis Groupe, and the second one, Team4U, in outsourced staffing space, acquired by Randstad. Both businesses achieved scale (2000 employees, and 15,000 employees respectively) and market leadership before being acquired.

Outside of business, he has been deeply involved in drawing attention to development issues in Indian society through an initiative called "GROWTH-FOR-ALL" (www.growthforall.org). Srikant has traveled extensively to rural parts of Central & Northern India to observe the work of innovative NGOs at close quarters. He chairs a special interest group on Social Enterprises, at TiE Delhi/NCR, and actively invests in start-up firms via the Indian Angel Network.

Srikant is an engineer from IIT Kanpur and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Ranjani Saigal
Ranjani Saigal

Ranjani Saigal is the co-chair for the TIE Boston Social Enterprise special interest group. As co-chair for TIE-SE, she serves as a mentor and provides support to many social enterprises. She has organized over forty events focused on Social Enterprise including three annual conferences including a recent one held at MIT.She works as a Senior Educational Technologist at MIT and has published several papers in the field of Digital Library and teaching with technology.

A very active member of the Indian American community in New England, she is the founder and editor of one the most popular e-magazine Lokvani. Founded in 2001, Lokvani.com has over 45,000 subscribers, and has extensively covered key events and featured leading members of the community.

A well trained dancer, she has created several productions, which she used to help raise funds for a variety of charitable causes. She is also actively involved with the IIT Alumni network and helped organize two Pan IIT conferences.

She received her B. Tech from IIT Bombay and her Masters from University of Massachusetts.

Chaitanya Tummuluri

Chaitanya (Chait) Tumuluri is Consultant Engineer for Emulex Corporation. He has over 15 years of experience working with all sizes of technology companies in Silicon Valley in various stages of evolution as well as standards bodies such as the IEEE and the IETF. Besides his interests in the field of computer networks and storage, his interests also include socially motivated enterprises and their products especially in the areas of education, energy and livelihood. Chait received his Ph.D in Computer Engineering from Syracuse University (USA).
