Rajiv has over twenty years of new business development and leadership experience at Cisco Internet Business Solutions, Future Group-eCommerce, Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

His firm, Next In, focuses on eCommerce and entrepreneurship. He advises leading retailers and consumer brands on staying relevant to the omnichannel consumer. Next In also helps a portfolio of innovative start-ups in software products, eCommerce and food services scale their ventures. These encompass ideas such as hybrid eCommerce through kiranas, rural Commerce, local language internet and intelligent fitting solutions for footwear. Next In also advises venture capital firms on their investments into the internet sector. Rajiv teaches eCommerce at the MBA and executive MBA programs at the SP Jain business school.

In his previous role, Rajiv was the CEO for Future Group’s ecommerce business – Futurebazaar.com and co-founder of a retail focused technology and business services venture – Future Knowledge Services. Futurebazaar is a venture funded firm invested into by Kleiner Perkins, Sherpalo and Everstone. Rajiv was responsible for developing a new strategy for Futurebazaar. Based on this, he turned around the ecommerce business and grew revenues by 5x to take Futurebazaar.com to a top 3 position in the industry. He oversaw an acquisition transaction to develop management capability for the eCommerce business. He also helped the Group enter the coalition loyalty business and developed a joint venture in business services with a leading international professional services firm. Rajiv has ten years of strategy and operations consulting experience at Cisco’s Internet Business Solutions Group, Arthur Andersen and KPMG. He commenced his career in investment banking and also co-founded an financial services start-up.
