Rohit Menezes leads Bridgespan’s office in Mumbai. Bridgespan is an global advisor to mission-driven leaders and organizations. At Bridgespan, Rohit’s work has focused on philanthropy, youth development, and community revitalization projects and research. Among other things, he has worked with clients on issues related to growth strategy, program model, organization design and sustainability planning. He has co-authored several papers based on client work and new research, including “Four Pillars of Growth in Youth-Serving Nonprofits,” “Planning a Promise Neighborhood,” and “Experiments in Next Generation Community Revitalization.” Prior to Bridgespan, Rohit worked in both operations and strategy roles in for-profit organizations. Most recently, he was Area Services Vice President for Indirect Channel at Avaya, a Fortune 500 telecommunications company. Before Avaya, Rohit worked at The Boston Consulting Group, where his work spanned the nonprofit, finance, healthcare, and consumer goods sectors. He also has had prior experience as a telecommunications entrepreneur, a crisis communications advisor, and a journalist. Rohit has a BA in Philosophy and Political Science from Williams College in Massachusetts, USA, and an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
